Pennants & Flags - Tiff

one more, then i won't pester you anymore :0)

the pennants are punched with a Stamping Up punch (can get these from Carrie Speed). Ive off set the bottom layer to look like a shadown. October Afternoon Rocket Age was PERFECT for this LO.
